Caught on Camera: Orangeburg Co. Deputies Need Help Identifying Armed Robbery Suspects

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – Orangeburg County deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery at the One Stop convenience store on Five Chop Road.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25.

Deputies say an employee asked one of the suspects to remove his hoodie, when the second subject entered the business with a silver in color handgun.

Both suspects leaped across the counter demanding money from a safe, deputies say.

According to authorities, when the employee explained there was no safe, the gunmen took a small amount of cash from a register and $500 worth of Newport cigarettes.

Witnesses say the pair were in a white vehicle that may have been a Saturn Vue.
